Responding high unemployment rate in indonesia

We know Indonesia is one of big country, a country should be decreased the unemployment rate. now, in my days i will give you arguments about how the employees rate in Indonesia will be decreased, about what sould we can do and what the government can do. and if the unemployment rate was decreased, indonesia can be a development country with many kinds economic, i have some opinian about how to decrease unemployment rate, you can see in bellow.

The reason about why in Indonesia has high unemployment rate, because in Indonesia occurring gap between labour’s supply and demand. There are two ways to explain the source of the gap in Indonesia. First, with quantitatively, in Indonesia the gap emerges due to unequal amount of job seekers and unemployment opportunities. While, qualitatively speaking, job seekers’ inadequate qualifications that do not live up to the standard required by industry is deemed as the roots of the gap.

The way to reduce unemployment, especially youth unemployment rate, is by equipping the unemployed with substantial skills and knowledge so they would meet the industry’s demands.

Empowerment which will give to youth unemployment is giving the youth unemployment motivation to establish their self confidence. Moreover, skills and knowledge on finance, microfinancing, marketing, labour’s rights and obligation are also crucial for the potential young people.

In my opinion I agree with the writer’s statement about decision with economics empowerment to reduce youth unemployment rate, because I think if the youth unemployment equipped by substantial skills and knowledge about economics, they will more easily to get job.

In fact, Indonesian people better to be employee than creating jobs. We can see data from the manpower and Transmigration, Indonesia only has 0,18% people that become enterpreneur. Actually, with the creating jobs they not only can develop Indonesian economics growth rate, but also it can reduce the unemployment rate in Indonesia. Thus, economics empowerment related with entrepreneurship, should be held frequently.

Besides efforts with economics empowerment, I have idea for government. I think unemployment Indonesia can be reduced with erasing outsorcing system. Outsorcing system is recruitment employee who is contracted for any years and after the contract expires the employee will be unemployment again. In fact, Indonesia cannot erase easily outsorcing system, the reason of outsorcing system cannot erase easily is outsorcing can give the highly economic growth in Indonesia.  But in my opinions, what is the meaning of the highly economic growth but the employment rate is very high? I think government must erase the outsorcing system, because this system is very unprofitable to much people who will get job.

Moreover, the youth unemployment must have higher education which it can make easily to get job, because if they have gotten higher education certainly they have more knowledge about the jobs needed. In Indonesia, government should have policy about free education to all people.  Not all of regions in Indonesia have free education. Of course, if Indonesian has more educated, Indonesian’s unemployment rate will be lower.

Very much methods to overcome unemployment in this country, I think the country can reduce Unemployment not only with economics empowerment, but also the government can reduce unemployment rate with many kinds method like increase the education rate, policy about erasing outsorcing’s system, and the others.
